NorthStar 3PL (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our website and when you interact with us for quotes, onboarding, or services.

This Policy covers information we process via our website and in the course of sales and service conversations. If you sign a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA), that agreement will govern to the extent it conflicts with this Policy.

- Information you provide: name, email, phone, company, products, order volumes, messages submitted via forms or email; billing and operational contacts.
- Automatic data: device/browser details, IP address, pages viewed, timestamps, and cookies or similar technologies (for basic analytics and performance).
- From third parties: freight/parcel carriers, ecommerce platforms, or ERPs you connect to us during onboarding (operational data only).
3) How We Use Information
- Provide quotes, respond to inquiries, and deliver services.
- Operate, secure, and improve the website and our operations.
- Analyze usage to enhance performance and user experience.
- Comply with law, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements.
4) Legal Bases (EEA/UK visitors)
We rely on legitimate interests (running our business, improving services), performance of a contract (providing quotes/services), consent (where required, e.g., certain cookies), and legal obligations.
5) Sharing & Disclosures
- Vendors/Processors: hosting, analytics, CRM, email providers, and operational partners (carriers, 3PL systems) who help us deliver services.
